About the event
Join us for an intimate chamber concert featuring the Capricorn Trio, a group of three accomplished musicians from Western Connecticut who have performed extensively and share a passion for teaching and music education. The program features chamber works by Mozart, Haydn, and Fauré, performed by Laura Flachbart on violoncello, Sandra Kleisner on piano, and Seth Uricheck on violin.
Laura Flachbart brings her artistry and expressive musicianship to the violoncello, performing alongside pianist Sandra Kleisner, an active music teacher, accompanist, voice coach, and performer with extensive experience in solo and chamber music.
Seth Uricheck has been playing violin for more than 40 years and is a graduate of Western Connecticut State University. He has performed with orchestras throughout Connecticut and is equally at home in classical music and traditional fiddling, having earned recognition in fiddling competitions across several states. Seth also performs on piano and organ and teaches privately in Watertown.
